Abolish pavement parking

Pavement parking on Roundwood road is a danger to wheelchair users, those with buggies, or less angled persons who are often forced onto the road when cars have parked too far into the pavement. The current system leaves very little room for pedestrians and the roads would be vastly improved from plants, trees and planters in place of parked cars.
