Communal cleaning is a joke.

All that happens is a person comes in with a mop and wipes it over the floor, using dirty water from the bucket which gets left outside.

This statement is factual as I actually witnessed this happen in the block of flats that I live in.

I did make a complaint, but nothing has changed.
