Brent council has failed its 19% muslim community in its own Borough.

Brent council failed to manage and or mitigate the key risks.

Brent council have shown a lack of awareness and acceptance of the needs of islamia primary school and have been seriously negliectent.

This is Gross Negligence. This is NOT Equality.
