Make Front Gardens Greener

Lots of front gardens have been paved over, creating a sterile environment and increasing flooding problems due to rapid rainwater run off. Some of these front gardens are used for parking by cars which illegally cross the pavement - it's often easy to tell which these are as there is no dropped kerb in front of the property. Such unapproved vehicle crossings can also damage the pavement and obstruct pedestrians. In such circumstances Brent should take action and block access and encourage the property owner to return the now unusable 'parking' space back into a green space
