I live on Windermere Avenue. I totally object to your school project on Strathcona Road. The site is too small for 420 pupil primary school with no facilities for a playground for young children. Plus there is only one way in and out of the site.
There is also a car repair garage right opposite the site. Also there is a bus route on Carlton Avenue and Windermere Avenue so as it is the area is very busy road traffic wise.
With the school on Strathcona Road there will be extra 150 to 200 cars travelling to and from the area every working day thereby increasing atmospheric pollution and congestion.
For these reasons I totally object to your proposals.
