Oppose another school in the area

As a resident of the area, we have issues on a daily basis with the number of cars passing through, especially during school times. The closing of College Road during these times does not appear to have had the desired effect (i have even seen parents drive along the pavement).
Is there any reason why the school cannot remain in Kilburn?
