Robin Sharp4 years ago The subject of climate change is almost completely missing from the draft. It is just mentioned in Priority 2 but among clean streets and ASB. There is nothing in Priority 3 which is about housing but has an obscure and misleading title. To move towards Net Zero and to keep warm in the current fuel cost crisis we need a major Council-led campaign combining incentives and advice radically to improve the energy efficiency of homes in all tenures and especially pre-1919 homes without cavity walls AND to promote a switch to low or no carbon fuels.
