London Borough of culture WHERE?

S Omar•4 years ago This proposal goes against brent council own "Equality Strategy" 2019 -2023. Brent council has failed its 19% muslim community in its own Borough. Brent council failed to manage and or mitigate the key risks. Brent council have shown a lack of awareness and acceptance of the needs of islamia primary school and have been seriously negliectent.This is Gross Negligence. This is NOT Equality.
