The Council is updating guidance for staff on transport eligibility and would like to seek your views about this.
This guidance applies to all adults aged 18 years and above who are an ordinary resident in Brent and who may require travel assistance to meet eligible needs under the Care Act 2014.
This guidance does not apply to young adults (aged up to 25) who have special educational needs and are in education or training.
The Council would like people to comment on the draft guidance. The Engagement Summary explains the work. Please read this before contributing
All comments and suggestions received will be considered carefully and, where appropriate, incorporated into the final version of the guidance to be issued in the New Year.
