Bids Submission For the Purchase of Long Leasehold

Before you begin, please ensure you completed the Grove Park Pavilion - Bid Form.

And the following documents are required to be submitted with the bid form above:

• Two recent letters showing proof of address e.g.: a bank/credit card statement, utilities or council tax bill
• Photograph of individual(s)' passport (certified copy may be required on request)
• An offer in principle from Mortgage Company/Confirmation from mortgage broker of approved loan if applicable.
• Proof of deposit and proof of funds.
• Confirmation of solicitor’s instructions

No submissions are accepted after the closing date and time of the application.
