Draft Staples Corner Growth Area Masterplan and Design Code Supplementary Planning Document - Statutory Consultation

The draft SPD has been produced to support the policies of the adopted Brent Local Plan 2022. The SPD will be used to assess planning applications and inform future planning decisions for development in the area. The draft SPD is needed to bring forward physical, social, and economic regeneration for the benefit of all the community.

Other documents, such as the Strategic Environmental Screening Opinion (SEA) are available to view and comment upon.
