Capitol Way Valley Business Survey

Brent Council is developing the Capitol Way Valley Masterplan and we want to understand how we can best invest in the area to support a growing and healthy economy!

To help us achieve this, we have created a short survey for businesses in the area. We appreciate your feedback.

What is a Masterplan?

A Masterplan is a plan of action for the future development of the area. It will set out where employment spaces infrastructure, community facilities and new homes should be built/improved.

The plan will also recommend where new businesses are likely to grow and opportunities where infrastructure improvements could benefit their growth.

Once developed, the masterplan will be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) which will help the council to decide what should be given planning permission within Capitol Way Valley.

Why Capitol Way Valley?

Capitol Way Valley is identified as an area of industrial and housing growth in Brent’s Local Plan to provide a range of new business premises fit for modern day occupiers with a new mixed community including new homes. Brent Council wants to ensure that any new development in Capitol Way Valley benefits the existing businesses.

The consultation will end 31 July 2025.
