Compensation and Remedies Policy - Have Your Say

Brent Council is developing a new Compensation and Remedies Policy, which will set out how the Council puts things right when housing service failures occur.

This survey is open to Brent Council tenants, leaseholders, shared owners and temporary accommodation residents. Your feedback will help ensure the policy is fair, transparent and effective in supporting residents when issues arise.
