Damp and Mould Policy

Brent Council is developing a Damp and Mould Policy, which sets out how housing services will fix and prevent cases of damp and mould in our homes. We recognise the significant impact damp and mould can have on the health, wellbeing and quality of life of our residents and this policy reflects our commitment to tackling this in a robust and consistent way.

This survey is open to all Brent residents and partners, and we are especially keen to hear from our tenants. Your feedback will directly impact the final policy, ensuring that it is fully reflective of local needs and meets tenant expectations.
