Brent Council is in the process of updating our Customer Promise. This promise outlines how you we interact with you – our residents.

We want this new Promise to define the relationship between the Council and our residents; therefore, we need your input. This is your chance to have a say on the new Customer Promise!

The pandemic has highlighted that the current Customer Promise is outdated and needs revising. We want to emphasise how we can work together to make interactions with the Council as best they can be. This is your chance to have a say on the new Customer Promise. We want to find out what you value the most, giving you the opportunity to influence how we interact with everyone.
