Brent Council is in the process of updating our Customer Promise. This promise outlines how you we interact with you – our residents.

We want this new Promise to define the relationship between the Council and our residents; therefore, we need your input. This is your chance to have a say on the new Customer Promise!

Fill out our quick survey to tell us what matters most to you as our customers. Additionally, if you are a registered user on the Have Your Say platform, upon completing our survey you will be entered into a prize draw for a £50 Love2Shop voucher!
