Edgware Road Consultation

Brent Council (Applicant) is looking to make a number of amendments to an approved planning application for the redevelopment of the Edgware Road site (Planning reference: 17/2284) and is seeking your views on the proposed changes.

Planning permission was granted in 2021 for the redevelopment of the site to provide an 18 storey building comprising commercial/retail units at ground floor level and 110 homes above.

Please share with us your opinion on the proposed amendments to the approved planning application for the site at 381-397 Edgware Road. Brent Council appreciates your feedback and it would be very helpful if could answer the following questions.
