Honeypot Lane Business Survey!

Brent Council is developing the Honeypot Lane Masterplan and we want to understand how we can best invest in the area to support a growing and healthy economy!

To help us achieve this, we have created a short survey for businesses in the area. We appreciate your feedback.

What is a Masterplan?

A Masterplan is a plan of action for the area. This plan will set out where employment spaces, infrastructure, community facilities and new homes should be built/improved.

The plan will also recommend where new businesses are likely to grow and expand and opportunities where infrastructure improvements could benefit the growth and development of existing businesses.

Why Honeypot Lane?

Honeypot Lane is identified as an area of industrial and housing growth in Brent’s Local Plan to provide a range of new business premises fit for modern day occupiers with a new mixed community including new homes. Brent Council wants to ensure that any new development in Honeypot Lane benefits the existing businesses.

Once developed, the masterplan will be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), which will help the council to decide which proposals should be given planning permission within the Honeypot Lane boundary.

The consultation will end 31 July 2025.
