Leaseholders - Major Works Repayment Options

Some Major Works costs can be high for Leaseholders so we are offering more ways to pay these.

Brent Council recognises that it can be difficult for some leaseholders to meet the costs of Major Works bills. We therefore are offering a number of different payment options, in addition to that specified in your lease.

We invite you to review the proposal set out in Appendix 1 and provide feedback to the Home Ownership Team by stating if you 'Agree' with, 'Disagree' with or 'Don’t know' about the proposed options. Please think about the length of the proposed interest free periods and the proposed repayment periods.
