If you've recently moved into a Brent property with a tenancy start date from September 2024, we invite you to complete this survey to help us ensure your new home is exactly what you need.

We want you to feel safe, comfortable, and fully settled in from day one. That's why we have a "lettable standard" – a checklist that ensures your new home is clean, secure, and in excellent condition before you receive the keys.
