Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) Consultation
Overview
We are considering introducing new Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) for the London Borough of Brent as the current Brent PSPOs are due to expire on 31st January 2026.
The proposed new orders (PSPOs) are intended to address anti-social behaviours, enhance safety, and contribute to the overall improvement of the quality of life in London Borough of Brent.
We want to give everyone, regardless of whether they live in Brent or not, the opportunity to have their say on the proposal before a decision is made.
The following consultation is split into five sections:
Section One
Refers to the renewal and introduction of prohibitions across the entire Borough of Brent
Section Two
Refers to the renewal and introduction of prohibition in Parks, Open Spaces, Cemeteries and Graveyards
Section Three
Refers to the renewal and introduction of prohibitions in the Wembley Park area particularly surrounding Wembley National Stadium events
Section Four
Refers to the suggested removal of existing prohibitions
Section Five
Refers to the optional questions about you
Closing date: Sunday 5 October 11:59pm
