Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) Consultation – New and Amended Prohibitions
Overview
Public Spaces Protection Orders assist in addressing anti-social behaviour, enhance safety and contribute to the overall improvement of the quality of life in Brent.
You recently gave us feedback on whether the current prohibitions under the Public Spaces Protection Order should remain.
Before a final decision is made on the Order we would like to ask you to consider some new prohibitions and changes to the wording of current prohibitions.
We would like to give residents, employees, businesses and visitors the opportunity to have their say.
Following this consultation, a decision will be made, including the responses to both consultations.
The following consultation is split into six sections
Section One
Refers to the introduction of NEW prohibitions across the entire Borough & Notting Hill Carnival
Section Two
Refers to the introduction of NEW prohibitions for Notting Hill Carnival weekend ONLY
Section Three
Refers to the introduction of NEW prohibitions in Wembley Park
Section Four
Refers to CHANGES in the wording of current prohibitions
Section Five
Refers to anything else you would like to suggest
Section Six
Refers to optional questions about you
