· Existing uncontrolled crossings or Zebra crossings at each junction to be replaced with Parallel Zebra crossings (for use by pedestrians and cyclists).

· New Cycleway wayfinding road markings and upright signs along route.
Phases
Consultation
In 2018, Brent Council introduced a new cycle route called Quietway 3 which runs between Gladstone Park and Kilburn High Road along Park Avenue, St. Paul’s Avenue and Chatsworth Road. In line with Transport for London (TfL) guidance, we are now reviewing the route in accordance with the New Cycle Route Quality Criteria with the aim to rebrand the route as a Cycleway going forwards.
Following a detailed review and study of the existing conditions on Quietway 3, proposals have been developed to help improve and enhance existing pedestrian and cycling facilities at the following junctions:
· Anson Road / Park Avenue North / Kendal Road (Junction 1)
· Chatsworth Road / Walm Lane / St Pauls Avenue (Junction 2)
· Chatsworth Road / Lydford Road (Junction 3)
· Chatsworth Road / Mapesbury Road (Junction 4)
