The survey is open to service users and community-based providers, and we want to hear from Brent residents about their experiences of local sexual health and contraception services. Your feedback will help us understand what is working well and where improvements are needed, supporting better local decision-making.

We are working on improving sexual health and contraception services in outer Northwest London. To help us do this, we're developing a needs assessment for Harrow, Brent and Ealing. Public Health wants to hear from you as your feedback is key to shaping services that truly meet the needs of local residents. Your responses to this survey are completely confidential and anonymous. We do not collect any personal information that could identify you. The information you provide will be used solely to understand the sexual and reproductive health needs of our community and to improve local services. Participation is voluntary, and you may skip any question you prefer not to answer.
This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes.
