Staples Corner Community Vision

Help shape the future of Staples Corner.

Brent has designated the Staples Corner area for industrial and housing growth, with the ambition to create a mixed-use community, providing a range of business premises fit for modern day occupiers, as well as 2,200 new homes wiith an improved environment and supporting infrastructure.

To achieve this ambition, Brent is developing a Masterplan that will provide a roadmap for growth over the next 20 years - setting out where employment spaces, infrastructure and community facilities should be built or improved and where new homes should be delivered.
