Tender Application Submission Voluntary Sector
All applicants must be a registered Voluntary or Community organisation or charity who’s work has a direct positive impact on Brent residents and the local area. This may include (not an exhaustive list):
- Registered charities
- Community groups
- Co-operatives
- Community Interest Companies
- Social enterprises
- Limited company (that can demonstrate voluntary sector activity)
- charitable incorporated organisation (CIO)
For consortium bids, organisations are required to form a single entity

Before you begin, please ensure you completed the Market rent reduction eligibility checklist and Market rent reduction response sheet .
And ensure you have the following documents on hand:
- Two recent letters showing proof of address for any nominated person proposed as tenant of the lease, e.g.: a bank/credit card statement, utilities or council tax bill
- Bank statements for the last 3 months showing the funds to cover the first 3 months advanced rental payment and the funds for a 3 months’ rent deposit, a total of six months’ rent
- Photograph of individual(s)' passport (certified copy may be required on request)
- Current credit check report, which is fully supplied by the applicant.
