Town Centre Workspace Loan - Demand Survey

Brent Council is considering launching a capital loan fund for businesses who want to locate their workspace in retail units in Priority Town Centres. Workspace is defined as flexible desk space, creative studios, makerspace or community/commercial kitchens. The purpose of this survey is to determine the demand for this type of loan and demand to use high street units as workspace.
