Valley Farm Area NW9 Controlled Parking Zone

In March 2022, the Council received a petition from residents of the Valley Farm Estate consisting of Valley Drive, Crundale Avenue, Mersham Drive, Wyndale Avenue and Waltham Avenue requesting the Council to introduce controlled parking scheme in their streets. Residents raised concerns about the increasing flow of traffic in the estate, acute parking, congestion and the general road safety in this residential area. They requested that the council introduce measures to manage and reduce all day commuter parking.

As part of 2022-23 CPZ programme, the Council have agreed for officers to consult you on CPZ proposal for the area.
